Wider than Giant Sequoia or the El Arbor del Tule. The page adds a &#8220;footprint&#8221; drawing \u00a0for \u00a0El Arbor to show how its\u00a0diameter can become exaggerated compared to other trunks that have a more entire circumference.<\/p>\n<p>At 29.2&#8242; diameter dbh, Coast Redwood is presently \u00a0the widest single tree trunk. Photos have not been released for all the Coast Redwood diameter champions and this image is being used to represent a group of the widest.
