Coast Redwood in Redwood National and State Parks

Welcome to the Deku Tree. Another spectacular coast redwood. This photo was taken during an autumn walkabout in Redwood National and State Parks, the day after a serious Halloween rainstorm. November 2nd, we found this attractive grove which I call the Kokiri Forest. I hope to return for more photos.

This particular coast redwood seemed to own its space.
