Mystery Coast Redwood #2

The huge coast redwood below is not one of the New Discoveries , but another of the giants I encountered back in 2008, then returned to in 2016 to photograph. This redwood was named, but I'm sharing it without name just for visual interest. One more sample of the great coast redwoods in Redwood National and State Parks.

In 2016, 2017 and following years, I plan to return to areas of previous year's explorations to photograph redwoods I didn't have time for the first time through. Two small clues .. this is in the vicinity of Ruthlor Gulch mentioned in The Wild Trees, and it's not Neptune.
