Certainly he is a busy man, but I still found that a bit odd in light of the book he wrote.<\/p>\n<p>BTW &#8230; if you read the book before, have you read it again? If not, pick it up and brush off the dust. I read it at least twice, and think I enjoyed even more the second time.
